Are you feeling overwhelmed? Alone? Stuck? Disconnected from yourself, your life, and the people and things you love?
Do you experience fear, distrust, anxiety, uncontrollable sadness or rage? Are you emotionally exhausted? Stressed out? Burned out?
Life experiences can uplift and inspire you. BUT SOME (especially trauma) can rob you of your trust, your joy, your precious life force.
This can leave you feeling disconnected, lonely, disempowered, numb, hopeless, unmotivated, and overwhelmed. Sometimes you can't feel anything. Maybe you're using self-destructive outlets to self-medicate and self-regulate. Or to comfort or distract you from the discomfort of intense emotions. This can manifest in addiction and self-isolation - which disconnect you further from our own joy and the things and people you love.
We all have something blocking our fullest expression of self.
These blocks (often triggers from unresolved trauma) can cause anxiety, depression, dysregulation, self-doubt, even self-loathing.
I specialize in helping you move through and release those blocks.
Breath/body connection exercises and creative exploration can expedite the process. With the right tools, you can release triggers stored in your body.
These blocks deplete you and hold you back from living the life you deserve.
